The Holman Story
Holman Industries was founded in 1966 by Simon Holman in Perth, Western Australia. In 1991, Wally and Kerry Edwards took over the business, focusing primarily on innovative electronic water devices. Over the following 30 years, the company expanded into developing more efficient domestic watering products, lighting, garden décor and eventually, plumbing fittings.
Since 2018, Holman Plumbing has enhanced its plumbing division by acquiring advanced moulding machines in its Perth factory. These machines allow us to supply high-quality PVC fittings to the plumbing and civil markets while supporting local manufacturing jobs.
A united family of brands
In 2024, a major milestone in our history saw Holman become part of the global manufacturing group, RWC. Founded in 1936 in Brisbane, Australia, RWC also started from humble beginnings and has since grown to become a worldwide group with a clear purpose: Making customers’ lives easier with clever solutions for the built environment.
As part of RWC, the Holman innovative spirit thrives, driving new products and solutions across markets. Together, we’re focused on sustainability and addressing the evolving needs of the built environment to improve safety and quality of life for future generations.
Warehousing and Distribution
Our office, manufacturing, and warehouse are located at Osborne Park, 10 minutes from Perth CBD. We have long term staff who have experience and knowledge to provide quick friendly service.
Our Melbourne office is located in Broadmeadows. This distribution centre is located near key transport routes to service the east-coast of Australia. This facility stocks the complete Holman range from sprinklers to plumbing.
We acquired warehouse and office space in Brisbane to supply Queensland more efficiently. This warehouse stocks the complete Holman range from sprinklers to plumbing.

From humble beginnings to global powerhouse
