As we step into an exciting new year, we are proud to announce the new Holman Plumbing brand design. This latest chapter signifies our unification with the RWC family of brands, joining the ranks of SharkBite, John Guest, RMC Reliance Valves, TubeFit and Matthews Fire Alarm.
By being part of the RWC global community, we are able to offer our customers an even wider range of products and increased support while maintaining the same core values and great team you know and trust.
Both RWC and Holman come from humble engineering workshop beginnings in Australia and have grown into the esteemed brands they are because of the same purpose: Making customers’ lives easier with clever solutions for the job site, value for the distributor and industry-leading execution.
In 1991 Wally Edwards took over the Holman business from Simon Holman, focusing primarily on innovative electronic water devices and expanding into developing more efficient domestic watering products, lighting, garden décor and eventually, plumbing fittings. We are proud to have been able to supply PVC fittings to the Australian market for over 30 years.
We would like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of everyone who’s been involved in the Holman Plumbing business up to this point. Every department from manufacturing, warehousing, administration, to sales and marketing has been integral in creating the business as it stands today.
“For the last 33 years, Wally has grown this business by continually investing in product innovation, ensuring it remained at the heart of the business,” said RWC Brand and Marketing Director, Matt Wichmann. “RWC and Holman share this passion, and it’s exciting to see how this will add depth and expertise to the business in Australia and beyond.”
As part of RWC, the Holman innovative spirit is stronger than ever – pioneering new products, sectors and ways to connect with our family of brands across the world. Together we’re constantly looking ahead for innovations and solutions, from sustainability to the changing needs of the modern built environment, and how we can continue to make lives easier and safer for the next generation.
